Please review the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when buying from Glamra.
Returns and Refunds
You can request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:
- Faulty Items: If the item you receive is faulty or doesn't work properly, please provide a photo or video showing the issue within 14 days of receipt. Once the evidence is reviewed, we'll issue an immediate refund without requiring the return of the item.
- Items Not As Described, Expected, or No Longer Needed: If you wish to return an item that isn't faulty, contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return process. We'll provide a full refund after receiving the goods in their original condition and packaging. Once you've informed us, you have another 14 days to return the goods. Note that return fees are non-refundable in this case.
- Sale Items: Refund rights for sale items are the same as those for full-priced items.
Important: We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is damaged due to self-repair attempts or repairs by a third party.
Warranty Policy
Manufacturer's Guarantee: Glamra offers a 9-month warranty from the purchase date against defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, such as dropping the product or deliberate misuse.
- Glamra will repair or replace the product at no additional expense.
- If the product is defective, Glamra will replace it with a new one. Refunds are not issued under the manufacturer's guarantee—only repairs or replacements are offered.
